The level of professionalism, respect, and customer care shown by the entire team was far better than what I have experienced at other competing dealerships. A special mention to Vittal and Team, D P Rao garu, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer questions. I would rate their service 10/10. The finance manager also made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Another 10/10 for their professionalism and support. The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process was handled exceptionally well, with great attention to detail. 10/10. Even the supporting staff and other employees were courteous, respectful, and eager to help throughout the journey. 10/10 for the entire team. What impressed me the most was the consistency of service across every department. It’s rare to find a showroom where every employee is equally committed to customer satisfaction.
