A special mention to Rakesh Chakraborty, who was extremely patient throughout the process, especially with my many questions and multiple test drives. His approach made me feel comfortable and confident about the purchase. Anshuman Tiwari played a key role in bringing the deal to closure and was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty, service package and other details, ensuring I understood exactly what I was opting for. The customer service experience was equally excellent. The team patiently helped with the Audi app installation and updating my name and other details. I would also like to specifically appreciate Sakshi Pal from the After-Sales Service team. Without any follow-up from my side, she proactively completed the warranty extension process — something I had completely forgotten about. That level of ownership truly stood out. The registration process was smooth and remarkably quick, and the delivery experience was fabulous. The attention to detail and the way the delivery was handled made my first luxury car purchase feel genuinely special. Overall, an excellent end-to-end experience with Audi Kolkata.
