Audi Service Visakhapatnam

This is my personal experience with Audi visakhapatnam service , i have been stranded in a place around 60Kms away from the city with no which ways of connectivity with a flat tyre at around 9:00 pm in the night . I’ve called up John from the service team to help me with the issue over the phone as the RSA of Audi India has simply given up saying it is not a serviceable area where I am located at that point of time but John on the other hand took all the effort to call his team mate Murali and both of them drove all the away on a two wheeler in the night to help me with the flat tyre . The work they have done and the commitment they have shown in customer satisfaction is simply commendable , they have gone an extra mile to make sure their customer is happy with their company . I have to say, they owned the company and i am very happy to be associated with Audi Visakhapatnam for such a beautiful customer experience and mainly the care they have taken . Keep continuing with your service .
